One of the ways we like to support our new families transition is by personally welcoming you to our school community. We also support new students by connecting them with others in the same grade. By filling out this voluntary form you are giving the Parents/Students Welcoming Team at UES permission to contact you regarding planned activities or events for newcomers. These events will give your child an opportunity to make new friends prior to beginning of school. Provide us below with a little information to help us break the ice when children are meeting for the first time.
If you have two or more students who will be starting at UES this school year, please fill out a separate form for each student. We look forward to meeting you!
